All about ghostwriting [collaboration between authors and writers]

The emergence of new publishers, bookstores, and agencies indicates that the Ukrainian book market is growing and developing. But as ghostwriters, we always want to say: "Something's missing!"

Most Western books, well known to Ukrainian readers, are written by authors in collaboration with writers. This is how Henry Ford, Winston Churchill, Bill Gates, Andre Agassi, Sheryl Sandberg and many other authors created their books.

Nothing reflects the growth and development of the book market more than an increase in the supply and demand for ghostwriting services, but this is not yet happening in Ukraine.

How do we know this?

We are Nataliia Tolmachova and Maksym Momot. We have been working as ghostwriters since 2011 and researching the global ghostwriting market since 2012. Here we share our experience and the results of our research on ghostwriting.

We hope our materials will increase the interest of Ukrainian publishers, authors, and readers in ethical ghostwriting practices, and that there will be more good books on the Ukrainian market created by authors together with writers.
